Each of our Grottos has a maximum number of Children and Adults per session, this differs across our Grottos so please refer to the event detail for the Centre you wish to book where the session numbers will be shown.

For Breakfast and Afternoon Tea with Santa, babies under the age of 1 year are free of charge but will not receive a gift / food. Should you wish your baby to receive a gift / food please book a standard child ticket.
For the Grotto experience, babies under the age of 1 year are free of charge, only when accompanied with a standard child ticket, they will not recieve a gift. Should you wish your baby to receive a gift please book a standard child ticket.
All our experiences (Grotto & Breakfast with Santa) must be booked online in advance, no tickets will be available for purchase in our Garden Centres or Restaurants. Please note, the only exception to this is our Grotto at Brigg where you can purchase tickets at the Centre.
Please arrive no earlier than 10-15 minutes before your pre-booked timeslot.
Yes, prior to checkout you will be asked to provide further information, please complete this information fully to ensure both you and your children have the most enjoyable visit.

Tickets purchased are valid only for the date and time of session booked, if you miss your session unfortunately you would need to rebook tickets which are subject to availability.
In the event that you are unable to or fail to attend, we regret that tickets will not be refunded. Should Covid guidelines and UK Government legislation prohibit us from running as planed then a full refund will be issued. However your booking is amendable with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
You will receive ticket confirmation with your e-ticket(s) to the email address supplied at the time of booking. No paper tickets will be issued. If you cannot locate your e-ticket(s) please check your spam folder. If you are still unable to locate, please contact us using the details at the bottom.
