Burford House Motor Show
Burford Motor Show 2025 - Sunday 3rd August 10.00am - 4.00pm
(Exhibitors arrival 8am -10am, Show Time 10am- 4pm)
The entry charge is £10.00 per vehicle, this includes presentation plaque, voucher for ONE bacon roll and tea or coffee and free entry into the gardens. Tea/Coffee and breakfast rolls can be purchased from the restaurant. Restaurant will be open from 08:00am on Sunday 3rd August.
All vehicles must be booked in by 30th June 2025 and you will receive an email issuing you with a unique entry number which must be clearly displayed in your windscreen area on entry.
Please notify us of any large vehicles attending i.e. buses/camper vans/4x4's etc. Anyone arriving as a group MUST meet offsite and come in as a convoy if they wish to be parked together (and with any groups the earlier you can arrive to site the better please).
We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to vehicles or their contents. Vehicles and contents are left at owners risk.
Any latecomers risk not being able to exhibit and may be directed to the public car park.
We ask exhibitors to kindly donate a suitable raffle prize to support our chosen charity, Grace Kelly Childhood Cancer Trust & Be More Frank.
